Performance Metrics & KPIs
Customized metrics, dashboards, and reporting that connect marketing activity with the decisions your organization needs to make.
KPIs Customized for Your Organization
Data is at the core of modern business, but the numbers need context before they can support a useful decision. FixClicks researches your business history, objectives, and reporting practices to understand what each metric represents and how your team intends to use it.
We have worked with analytics and performance tracking since the days of Urchin. That experience informs how we investigate reporting problems, establish benchmarks, and connect detailed analysis with practical marketing decisions.
FixClicks provides overviews for senior management and the underlying detail needed to investigate specific questions. A leadership summary might highlight a change in qualified demand, while a supporting view helps the marketing team examine the products, territories, campaigns, or traffic sources behind it.
The goal is to give each audience the right level of information. A dashboard should help people recognize what needs attention and find the detail needed to act on it.
Finding and Communicating the Right Metrics
A useful KPI begins with a clear question. What are we trying to improve? Which activity or outcome reflects that goal? Who owns the next step when performance changes? We help your team work through those questions before adding more charts to the report.
Our KPI and reporting work can include:
- Defining metrics around business goals, qualified opportunities, and customer activity
- Agreeing on calculation methods, reporting periods, and source definitions
- Establishing benchmarks with relevant historical context
- Separating executive summaries from the detail needed by operational teams
- Building views by product, service, territory, campaign, or traffic source where the data supports them
- Investigating changes in tracking, definitions, or data collection that affect comparisons
- Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate records before they become reporting assumptions
- Linking performance changes to specific questions, follow-up analysis, and action items
- Documenting revisions so stakeholders understand changes to established KPIs
Our Data Toolset for Building and Maintaining KPIs Includes:
- FixClicks custom dashboards and reporting views
- Google Data Studio dashboards
- Google Analytics reports and analysis
- Google Sheets and Excel workbooks for supporting analysis and reporting inputs
- PowerPoint presentations for management reviews and team communication
- Power BI reports and visualizations
- Client KPI dashboards built around existing reporting requirements
These tools serve different purposes. We help organize the information so a management presentation, working spreadsheet, and dashboard use consistent definitions and can be traced back to the relevant source data. Google Sheets can also supply organized reporting inputs for Data Studio dashboards.

Analysis Supported by Our Private AI Lab
FixClicks also uses a Private AI Lab with a Local AI Server to support selected analysis tasks. This provides a local processing option for agreed work rather than requiring corporate information to be uploaded to a hosted AI service.
Potential uses include helping review reporting definitions, organize findings, and identify patterns that deserve further investigation. The data and tools used for each task need to suit the engagement. AI-assisted findings still require review against the underlying records before they become recommendations or reported results.
Reporting That Supports the Next Decision
Data collection, cleanup, and analysis are often among the first steps in our search marketing programs. They provide a foundation for benchmarks, goals, and decisions about where to focus the work. Correcting a reporting problem may change the figures your team sees without representing a change in actual business performance; we help explain that distinction.
FixClicks helps prioritize issues, communicate their significance to stakeholders, and assess how changes may affect established reports. The aim is clearer expectations and reporting your team can use consistently as the business evolves.
